Shenzhen Hongjia Technology adds fully automatic backlight and LCD assembly machines, eliminating labor

     Our company received more orders in the first half of this year. In order to meet the delivery time of customer orders, we added a new fully automatic backlight and LCD assembly machine. The equipment automatically carries out the whole process of FOG and B/L handling, position correction, B/L film tearing, FOG film tearing, B/L photography, FOG photography, and FOG and B/L automatic assembly. Except for FOG loading and B/L loading, no fixed operator is required. The roller film tearing method is adopted to reduce the waste of tape consumables. The entire production process is untouched, reducing the quality problems caused by employee errors, and ensuring the reliability and stability of the factory products.

      The equipment can assemble the backlight and LCD together in 3.5 seconds and affix the easy-to-pull sticker. The assembly accuracy is: ±10mm. At present, our company has 3 fully automatic FOG production lines and 3 fully automatic backlight assembly lines, with a monthly production capacity of 800K.
