How to avoid poor welding of LCD screen cables and backlight cables

      LCD and backlight cables require soldering for proper display. Traditionally, factory workers solder these cables manually. Manual soldering is slow and highly dependent on the worker's soldering proficiency. Unskilled workers can sometimes cause cold soldering, leading to sporadic soldering defects when shipped to customers, causing the display to malfunction.

This automated drag soldering machine automatically aligns the solder pads on the LCD glass and the gold fingers on the backlight/cover panel, then securely solders them together using a drag soldering head.

     The equipment includes a loading belt, a horizontal rotating loading robot, a flipping platform, an automatic FPC soldering and arranging platform, precise FPC positioning with vision, automatic drag soldering, high-temperature tape application, belt unloading, and exhaust ventilation.
